Does CourtCount work offline?Yes. Scoring works entirely offline — no signal needed on the court. Matches sync to your history the next time you're connected.
How does golden point vs advantage scoring work?Choose your rule when you set up a match, or set a default in Settings. On golden point, deuce is decided by a single point; on advantage, a team must win by two.
Do I need an account to keep score?No. You can score matches without signing in. An account lets you save unlimited history, sync across devices and share result cards.
Can I fix a point I tapped by mistake?Absolutely. Tap Undo on the live score screen — or turn the Digital Crown on Apple Watch — to step back through any point.
How do I cancel my Pro subscription?Manage or cancel anytime from your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. You'll keep Pro features until the end of the billing period.
How do I delete my account and data?You can permanently delete your account and all match data from this page or in Settings → Account. See our Privacy Policy for details.
