Terms of Service

Last updated July 8, 2026

These terms govern your use of the CourtCount app and website. By using CourtCount, you agree to them. Please read them carefully.

1. Using CourtCount

You may use CourtCount to record and share scores for your own matches. You must be at least 13 years old, and you're responsible for activity under your account. Don't misuse the service — no reverse engineering, scraping, disrupting our systems, or using it to break the law.

2. Your account

Keep your login credentials secure and tell us promptly of any unauthorized use. You can delete your account at any time from Settings or our account deletion page.

3. Subscriptions & billing

CourtCount is free to use, with an optional Pro subscription. Paid subscriptions are billed through the App Store or Google Play and renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period. Manage or cancel anytime in your store's subscription settings. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

4. Your content

The match data you record is yours. You grant us a limited license to store and process it so we can provide the service — building your history, syncing devices and generating result cards. We claim no ownership of your content.

5. Intellectual property

The CourtCount app, brand, and design are ours and protected by law. These terms don't grant you any right to our trademarks or to copy the app.

6. Disclaimers

CourtCount is provided "as is". Scores are recorded by you and are not an official record for any tournament or governing body. We don't warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CourtCount is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Termination

You can stop using CourtCount anytime. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms. On termination, your right to use the service ends, though sections meant to survive will remain in effect.

9. Changes

We may update these terms as the service changes. We'll post the new date above and, for material changes, notify you in the app. Continuing to use CourtCount means you accept the updated terms.
